Every enquiry is logged, heard and answered the same day. A short call within twenty-four hours covers the project, the budget and the timeframe, so we can both work out whether we're the right fit. Then a one-on-one consultation with Adam, where we listen to your vision before we say a word about ours.
We join you and your architect while the design is still being drawn, reviewing it against real costs and flagging site risks early. Slope, flood, bushfire, structure. You finish this stage with a written feasibility estimate, split between house costs and site costs, before the design is locked in. This is the single most common place custom builds go wrong, and it's the stage we exist to protect.
A letter of engagement confirms we're moving forward together, with a fair exit built in for both sides. From there, a fixed-price tender prepared from the final documentation, delivered on a date we commit to, and walked through line by line. One price, fully explained.
A partnership agreement setting out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you. An unhurried walkthrough of the build contract in plain English, with a payment schedule matched to your build. Then documents finalised, trades briefed and the site team ready to start on schedule.

Not sure where to start? Before you commit to plans, it's worth knowing what your site and budget can realistically deliver.
